In 1976, The manufacture of first modular kitchen was begun in Gaziantep province of Turkey by two entrepreneur industrialists specialized on the production and the marketing of wooden kitchen furniture.
“ The quality is not obtained by chance, it can be achieved by conscious efforts, and the continuity is provided with the same mentality only.” This principle has revealed the basic idea for the founders to decide to carry up and develop their business in the kitchen furniture industry in Ankara province. Therefore, they founded the company ,Mopas Mobilya Uretim ve Pazarlama A.S. in 1986. While the production previously was made in about 500 sqm closed area, Now it is made in 10.000 sqm production area with fully automated machineries and tools in Akyurt industrial zone of Ankara province.
The company has always become a pioneer in terms of being capable of manufacturing almost its all products without depending on outside under the brand name of MOPA KITCHEN. It also continuously updates the latest appropriate technological developments in the kitchen furniture industry and applies them directly into the production process.
