The soft shapes and the convex profile, characteristic elements of the collection sourced from the reinterpretation of the Spanish designer of the classic geometries of the wooden surfaces, characterize as well the outdoor version, thus paying tribute to the original decorative vocation of wood floors.
The wood species featured in the Outdoor collections boast an organic durability of 25 years and combine the quality of raw materials with the high technological value. Biscuit is offered in Accoya® 120 and Ipé 90. Ipé is a wood of South American origin: highly resistant to mechanical stresses and strains, its high extractives’ content, make this wood especially suitable for outdoor application. Accoya® is the result of a technological and innovative process obtained by applying acetylation treatments to New Zealand Monterey pine (its organic durability is 50 years). Both wood types are protected thanks to the industrially applied OUTNATURE finish, the highly resistant vegetable oils-based finish with a high degree of permeation, which provides maximal resistance whilst preventing the treated surface from getting a darker colour tone.
