Turkey’s leading furniture accessory brand SAMET was among the 15 brands visited by the International Press Council during Interzum Expo, the world’s biggest furniture accessories fair, with its innovative approach, new products and designer collaboration.
Interzum 2013, the world’s largest furniture trade fair which is organized bi-yearly in Köln welcomed 4.000 visitors in 4 days. SAMET was among the only fifteen international companies which are visited by German Press Committee. As being the only Turkish company in that category, SAMET presented the new innovative products; trends in furniture accessorize sector and also designer collaboration which is implemented for two new products.
Ranking in top 6 in furniture accessories manufacturing, SAMET presented 45 products in 6 different categories in one of the biggest booths of the fair with 510 sqm. and attracted a lot of attention of visitors with 3 new concept products. Designer Defne Koz took place in the fair with her 3 designs for SAMET and made a presentation to 35 international press members. SOFT COVER Hinge Cover presented by Ufuk Kızıltan, Vice Chairman of SAMET, was among the most conspicuous products in the fair.
Designed by Defne Koz, a worldwide famous industrial designer, lift systems of Duolift and Monolift took much attention of the visitors, as well as Soft Cover which is awarded with the Interior Innovation Award by German Design Council in IMM Cologne Fair.
Impro soft close hinges, a worldwide break ground with its five-stage fine adjustment feature as well as on/off adjustment, and Slidea new generation drawer systems were among the other striking products.
