The Spaltfix S-360 firewood cut-splitter cuts and splits timber up to 35cm in diameter into 2, 4, 6 or 8 parts in one go. The length of cut can be adjusted between 20 and 50cm. The hydraulic timber advance with conveyor belt moves the timber towards the circular saw blade. By means of the rear intake belt, the cutting cycle is optimally adapted to the timber diameter and the highest possible performance is also achieved for small diameters. The hydraulic timber retention mechanism and adjustable timber stop that retracts during cutting prevent the timber from jamming. The machine is conveniently controlled by means of the one-hand joystick control. Afterwards, an optional conveyor belt conveys the cut billets to the place of loading. Thanks to the three-point linkage, Spaltfix is also mobile.

The powerful SpaltFix K-600 Vario cut-splitter makes an entirely new quality of firewood possible. The machine cuts and splits timber up to a diameter of 60 cm. The operator cuts the wood on the saw component of the system, the PowerCut 600, to the desired length. Cutting is done by means of a joystick control.

The cutting length of the last metre of the log can be adjusted hydraulically from the operator stand, so that regular pieces can be produced that deviate only slightly from the target length. This ensures higher efficiency.

The SplitMaster 30 GS combines professionalism, safety and ergonomic design. It is the first GS tested log splitter for which “helping hands” are allowed. Timber charging is therefore even more efficient. The protective guards allow safe access to the splitting area for several people.

On the side of the timber support table, there is a protective guard, and a lifting system locks the area where the splitting takes place, which means that all the people working at the machine are safe. The Splitmaster 30 GS also excels in terms of ergonomic design: The height of the timber removal and splitting trough ensures ease of operation. Work is not only quicker but also smoother.
